The love and innocence surrounding the relationship of grandparents and their grandchildren are really some of the most tender moments to capture on camera. The open arms, the soft embrace, the twinkle in their eyes, even the abundant amount of energy that develops from within portrays the true essence of love in its purest form.
The Chohan family had a wonderful theme at their family shoot. It was granddaddy's 75th birthday and they decided to have a mini picnic style celebration at the park. We had streamers hanging from the trees and colorful party hats adorning the picnic layout. The timing was ideal for this delectable family shoot as the sun was approaching sunset and so I was able to take advantage of the soft warm lighting that ensued.
These pictures were a real treat for me because there isnt anything more delicious than seeing grandkids interacting with their grandparents. And ofcourse the icing on the cake...was the icing itself! Thank you Chohan family for allowing me to capture these oh so memorable moments that will last a lifetime.

What a fun shoot! Sofia's such a doll!! Luved the pic of the grandparents looking at each other with the lake between them in the background, they are so close yet they have so much in between :)
